Labs participating in Bio Academy need a collections of materials, machines, tools and consumables for the students to be able to do their work. Many of the machines and tools can be made, others need to be purchased.

Next to tools for biology, Bio Academy need a few tools that can be found in a fab lab or makerspace:

• standard toolbox tools: wrenches, wirecutters, screwdrivers
• arduino/electronics
• Pencil leads (electrodes)
• 3d-printer(s)
